We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Helping to maintain an accurate customer database
• Generating monthly invoices using a proprietary billing system
• Assist in importing invoicing/sales data from the proprietary base
• Research and resolve billing issues

Qualifications

• 1 year full cycle accounts receivable experience including invoicing and application of cash receipts
• Good organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Positive energy and a good attitude a must.
