We're looking for a Director Creative Services to join our team! 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and direct creative services group
• Define, approve and enforce the creative design and best practices of online and
  offline marketing creative
• Oversee website properties
• Manage the overall design queue inline with marketing & product development
  priorities
• Drive process improvement changes to maximize team efficiencies by
  developing a new project management system
• Create workflow and timelines for timely delivery of projects
• Continue to build team with high quality, experienced, talented team members
• Oversee the creative team’s work to ensure consistent quality and focus on
  the companies branding guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 8 years of management experience, overseeing a successful
  creative team
• Strong background in online design, marketing and advertising
• 5 years of web design experience
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a talented creative team and inspire team
  confidence
• Thorough understanding of best practices in web design including SEO
• Broad understanding of the web and associated technologies and proficiency
  with a range of appropriate software tools. (Adobe Photoshop, Power Point, etc)
• Experience in flash design & video production and or in overseeing agency
  production of video media
