We're looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Provides analyses and reports that enable marketing managers and sales people to optimize future campaigns
- Facilitate tracking, reporting and back-end statistical analysis of multi-channel direct sales and marketing initiatives to identify key variables impacting ROI
- Model and segment existing customer database, assisting in the implementation of cross-selling, win-back, retention and loyalty campaigns
- Develop customer profiles based on purchase behavior that can be used for future targeted marketing programs and promotions
- Monitors and reports on attrition and renewal patterns
- Query and retrieve customer data, conducting complex analyses, investigations and evaluations to determine product performance; recommend pricing adjustment, product additions or limitations
- In conjunction with marketing managers, drive the creation, execution, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns targeted the Lyris installed base
- Effectively use Web analytics tools to monitor traffic to Lyris web properties and optimize Lyris Web marketing as part of the overall marketing mix
Qualifications
- Outstanding analytical skills
- High comfort devising and maintaining integrated tracking methodologies, and more importantly, the ability to identify and act upon key findings and trends
- 1-3 years marketing experience within software/technology industry
- Team player with excellent project management as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and perform under pressure/deadlines
- Web marketing or online marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Statistics preferred
