We're looking for a Senior Application Manager to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the design/build process of the Lyris Universal Billing Manager
- Oversee the phases of the project including requirements ascertainment, requirements analysis, design/architecture, programming, testing, go-live planning, go-live management, and post-live support organization
- Facilitate the discussions and finalization of Finance/Accounting business requirements
- Facilitate the discussions and finalization of Sales business requirements
- Facilitate the discussions and finalization of Engineering business requirements
- Identify and document audit requirements (SDLC, proper audit trial for billing)
- Facilitate the discussions and document all pricing structures (current and future) as a starting point for document the UBM’s
- Administer the NetSuite SaaS application and implement strategy
- Ensure that our NetSuite implementation is SOX compliant
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least four years of experience with large scale software development
- At least two years of experience managing matrix-managed resources
- At least two years of experience managing project budgets
- At least two years of experience managing an ERP implementation with over 400 users
- Experience designing and implementing a Software Development Life Cycle
- At least four years of experience with business requirements ascertainment and documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience with Finance/Accounting Billing Process a plus
