Lyris Wins Award from UK Direct Marketing Show
Lyris ListManager shuts
out competing email marketing solutions
London, United Kingdom - 7 March 2003 - dmBusiness
Magazine, one of the United Kingdom's leading direct
marketing publications, has bestowed its coveted IDMF
New Product Award on the latest version of Lyris ListManager.
Lyris received the award at the International Direct
Marketing Fair (IDMF) in March 2003.
Lyris, a first-time attendee of the IDMF show, won
in the CRM & Database Management category, shutting
out all other email marketing solutions. Judging was
open to the more than 10,000 IDMF attendees, and results
were announced both at the show and in dmBusiness Magazine.
"We're very pleased to receive this accolade," said
Lyris CEO John Buckman. "While ListManager is already
well known for its scalability and advanced feature
set in the United States, it's good to see that European
businesses also recognize our commitment to innovation."
High-profile UK businesses like Arsenal Football Club
have already learned that Lyris ListManager is an ideal
solution for advanced email marketing. "Communication
has changed, and with instant global communication now
a reality, Arsenal wanted to be at the forefront of
information distribution," said Arsenal IT Manager Paul
Farmer. "We have found the perfect solution with Lyris."
Lyris ListManager runs on Windows, Linux, and Solaris
SPARC, and is compatible with Oracle, Microsoft SQL
Server, and other major databases. A hosted ASP service
is also available. For more information, visit: http://www.lyris.com/products/listmanager/.
